Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
For hygiene reasons, opened coffee beans or used accessories are not eligible for return.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
Exchanges are available for defective or damaged products.

We will ship the replacement product once the returned item is received and verified.
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
Include photos of the item and packaging for verification.
We will either replace the product or issue a full refund.
