At PT RETAIL SENTOSA ABADI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges.


1. Returns

  • We accept returns for unused and unopened products within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

  • For hygiene reasons, opened coffee beans or used accessories are not eligible for return.


2. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.


3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for defective or damaged products.

  • Contact our support team with your order number and details of the issue to initiate an exchange.

  • We will ship the replacement product once the returned item is received and verified.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Include photos of the item and packaging for verification.

  • We will either replace the product or issue a full refund.

  • Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
